Job Title: Associate Chiropractor Company: Back and Neck Medical Care Center Location: Las Cruces, NM (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About us Back and Neck Medical Care Center is an established, physician-led, integrated medical and chiropractic practice in Las Cruces, NM. Our owner, Dr. Glenn J. Waldt, MS, DC, DO, is an osteopathic physician who also spent 13 years in chiropractic practice before attending medical school — so he understands your role from the inside and how to make it work alongside medical care. We see approximately 400 patient visits a week and serve a diverse community, including many Spanish-speaking patients. The role We're adding an associate chiropractor to our team. You'll see a full schedule of patients from day one, with no need to build a practice from scratch. You'll work alongside a physician on site and a team of experienced medical assistants who support your patient care. What you'll do Evaluate and treat patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and explain care plans, and help patients complete them Coordinate care with the physician when a patient needs medical evaluation, imaging, or bracing Document care accurately and follow compliance standards What we're looking for Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college Active New Mexico chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting (we welcome new graduates and can discuss timing) Clear communication and a genuine interest in helping patients follow through with care Spanish language skills are a plus but not required What we offer A full patient schedule from day one Compensation: $80k base salary + generous bonus based on the volume of patients you see Benefits: paid time off (PTO) Mentorship from a physician with clinical experience in both professions Path to Growth: As the practice continues to grow, there's room for an associate to take on greater clinical autonomy, supervision of other providers, and — for the right long-term fit — a potential path toward a formalized partnership or expanded leadership role in the clinic.
