Associate Chiropractor — Full-Time or Part-Time McCormick Chiropractic | Pottstown, PA Pay: $40,000–$100,000+ per year Schedule: Full-time or part-time Work Location: In person McCormick Chiropractic is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team. We are seeking a doctor who is confident adjusting patients, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow clinically and professionally in a busy, established chiropractic practice. This is a great opportunity for an experienced chiropractor or a newer doctor who is coachable, motivated, and looking for long-term growth. Our practice treats a diverse patient population including families, athletes, active adults, and patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while developing individualized treatment plans designed to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive new-patient examinations, re-examinations, and health histories Review and analyze X-rays and other relevant diagnostic imaging Develop individualized chiropractic treatment and rehabilitation plans Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy Educate patients on their condition, treatment recommendations, home exercises, and long-term health goals Prescribe appropriate stretching, strengthening, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other providers and staff to create an excellent patient experience Confidently manage a busy patient schedule, potentially treating approximately 150 patients per week in a full-time role Techniques Used in Our Practice Experience with all techniques is not required, but familiarity with or an interest in learning the following is preferred: Diversified Thompson Drop Cox Flexion-Distraction Activator Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) Trigger-point and soft-tissue techniques Extremity adjusting Rehabilitation and corrective exercise What We’re Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college Current Pennsylvania chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure Strong adjusting and clinical examination skills Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic imaging Excellent communication and patient-education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a high-volume practice Ability to develop and communicate clear care plans Coachable and interested in continued clinical and professional growth Experienced chiropractors are encouraged to apply, but new graduates will also be considered.
