About us At *BC Injury Care & Exercise*, we are a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Burnaby dedicated to helping clients recover, rehabilitate, and optimize their health. For the past 11 years, our team has supported clients with post-injury recovery, mobility improvement, pain management, and injury prevention. Our clinic currently offers physiotherapy, acupuncture, and registered massage therapy, and we are expanding our therapy services by introducing chiropractic care. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused *Chiropractor* to join our growing team and help establish our new chiropractic service. About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Chiropractor to become the first provider in our clinic’s chiropractic department. You will have the opportunity to help shape the service, develop your patient base, collaborate with our existing healthcare professionals, and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes. The ideal candidate is clinically competent, collaborative, professional, and committed to providing evidence-informed, patient-centred care. Responsibilities * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, functional evaluation, and musculoskeletal examination. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and clinical presentation. * Provide chiropractic care and manual therapy within your professional scope of practice. * Educate patients regarding treatment plans, exercises, injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management. * Collaborate with physiotherapists, acupuncturists, RMTs, and other clinic team members as appropriate. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records. * Communicate professionally with patients, referral sources, insurers, and other healthcare providers. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate. * Follow all applicable professional, privacy, health and safety, and documentation requirements. * Participate in building and growing the clinic’s chiropractic service. Requirements * Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution. * Current registration and good standing with the *College of Chiropractors of British Columbia*. * Professional liability insurance. * Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills. * Patient-centred approach and commitment to ethical, high-quality care. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred qualifications * Previous experience treating *ICBC patients*. * Previous experience treating *WorkSafeBC/WCB patients*. * Experience working in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation or injury clinic. * Knowledge of motor-vehicle injury rehabilitation, workplace injuries, or return-to-function planning. * Interest in developing and growing a chiropractic practice within an established clinic. * Additional training in manual therapy, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, or related areas.
