Chiropractor West Philadelphia, PA A reputable and growing outpatient clinic located in the West Philly area is currently seeking a full-time and permanent Chiropractor to lead their practice. The clinic primarily serves workers' compensation and personal injury patients recovering from automobile accidents, workplace injuries, and other related injuries. This is an established organization with a strong presence throughout the region and continued growth over the past several years, offering excellent stability and opportunities for long-term career advancement! Schedule: Monday - Thursday during business hours, with Fridays ending at 12:00PM for an early start to the weekend! Responsibilities of the Chiropractor: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide chiropractic and manual care to patients recovering from automobile accidents, workplace injuries, and other personal injuries in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition, functional needs, and recovery goals. Collaborate with an on-site X-Ray Technician to coordinate diagnostic imaging when appropriate. Work closely with other on-site healthcare professionals, including Physical Therapy, and coordinate referrals when additional services are needed. Oversee day-to-day chiropractic care within the practice while maintaining a high standard of patient service and clinical quality. Benefits and Compensation for the Chiropractor: Competitive salary ranging from approximately $85,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications, with an additional bonus structure Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits available for employees and their families. 401(k) retirement plan with a 50% employer match on the first 4% contributed by the employee. 3 weeks of PTO, increasing with years of tenure. 9 paid holidays plus 5 paid sick days annually. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Requirements of the Chiropractor: Active Doctor of Chiropractic license in the state of Pennsylvania or ability to obtain PA licensure. Previous outpatient chiropractic experience preferred. PT privileges are strongly preferred.
