We’re seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatment for patients recovering from brain injuries. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist with at least one year of hands-on clinical experience, preferably working with patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) or post-concussive conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in active rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional movement-based treatment. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to support recovery of balance, coordination, mobility, and daily functional abilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility. Provide vestibular therapy including gaze stabilization, habituation exercises, balance training, and canalith repositioning techniques when indicated....
