As a skilled practitioner, you will empower patients to reach optimal health by educating, evaluating, diagnosing and adjusting patients. You will have the opportunity to be trained and supported on all office systems and procedures, and you will have ongoing exposure to various techniques and patient care. All new doctors will initially learn the procedures and philosophies of the practice, with the ultimate goal of individual autonomy and mastery. Compensation is based on experience as well as productivity. You will work closely with the physical therapy team - the goal is for you to become community involved, provide events, and build this clinic to become a strong PMR clinic within the organization.
