Description Position Summary The Chiropractor meets individually with patients, by appointment, to discuss injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, administer treatment, and advise on extended care and pain management. This includes obtaining a history of complaints, injuries and other health concerns of a patient's neuromuscular and skeletal system; performing a physical examination that highlights spine problems to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan with the patient; and documenting the history, physical examination, treatment and advice in the electronic health record.
