Personal Summary

As a chiropractor with nearly a decade of experience working with a broad spectrum of patients—from everyday individuals to elite athletes—I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, athletic performance insight, and a deep-rooted passion for human movement. With a foundation in strength and conditioning at the professional and Olympic levels, my approach to chiropractic care is holistic, movement-based, and results-driven.

Before transitioning into chiropractic, I served as a strength and conditioning coach, helping world-class athletes push the boundaries of performance. That experience laid the groundwork for my current practice, where I’ve spent the last ten years integrating biomechanical precision, manual therapy, and rehabilitative strategies to optimize function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life for my patients—whether they're competing at the highest level or simply looking to move and feel better in their daily lives.

I’m particularly drawn to opportunities that align with my lifestyle and core values. As an extreme sports enthusiast and golf devotee, I understand firsthand the physical demands of an active lifestyle. My connection to the outdoors and appreciation for nature's role in healing inform my practice philosophy: empower the body to perform, recover, and thrive naturally.

Whether it’s tailoring corrective strategies for rotational athletes, developing return-to-sport protocols for injured clients, or helping weekend warriors rediscover pain-free movement, I thrive on creating personalized care that meets people where they are—and elevates them.

People don't pay for the adjustment...
I came to the realization that people don't come into our office and PAY $ for a chiropractic adjustment...
They don't even pay to get out of some type of pain!
Really what people are paying for... is the hopes for a higher quality of life moving forward.
Yes, often people come into the office because they have a headache, or back pain, or numbness and tingling...and these things go away after starting chiropractic care.
But ultimately what they are wanting is to be able to play with their kids, to go out for a run, to sit with their loved ones at dinner without the foggy feeling from medications, to get a good nights sleep!
AND if people were to change only ONE THING in their life. To improve the QUALITY of their life, improving the function of one's body and nervous system through regular chiropractic care is the easiest thing I can think of.
This is why I love what I do so much, because there is so much joy and life fulfillment in helping people improve the quality of their life.
To you and the quality of your life,
   Dr. Matthew C. Hendricks

With over two decades of experience training Olympic athletes, professional teams, and everyday individuals, I’ve built my career on the belief that performance, health, and longevity are not mutually exclusive—they’re interconnected pillars of a well-designed fitness system. I’m writing to express my interest in bringing my expertise in exercise programming, dietary intervention, and recovery strategies to your organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clientele—from elite athletes seeking a competitive edge to general population clients aiming to improve function, strength, and overall well-being. My programming philosophy blends evidence-based methodologies with individualized attention, ensuring each client moves better, recovers faster, and performs at their highest capacity.

Key to my approach is the integration of functional strength training with long-term health strategies. I prioritize mobility, structural balance, and movement quality just as much as performance metrics. Alongside training, I develop tailored nutritional protocols and recovery systems, understanding that what happens outside the gym is just as critical to success as what happens inside it.

Whether I’m coaching a high-level athlete through an Olympic cycle or helping a busy professional reverse years of physical neglect, my goal is the same: to build sustainable strength, resilience, and vitality.

I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with a team that values excellence, innovation, and a truly holistic approach to health and performance. I would welcome the chance to bring my passion and experience to your team and help elevate the results you deliver.
