Chiropractor or Physical Therapist – In-Home Neurologic Rehab SynapseTBI is a neurodiagnostic and rehabilitation company specializing in TBI, mTBI, and Post-Concussion Syndrome, delivering ACOEM-validated diagnostic and treatment protocols. We’re seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatment for patients recovering from brain injuries. Responsibilities: • Perform in-home evaluations and treatment for TBI/post-concussion patients • Develop and implement individualized care plans • Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams • Maintain clear clinical documentation Qualifications: • Active DC or Physical Therapist license • Experience with neurologic, vestibular, or post-concussive patients preferred • Comfortable working independently in patient homes • Reliable transportation

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist with at least one year of hands-on clinical experience, preferably working with patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) or post-concussive conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in active rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional movement-based treatment. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to support recovery of balance, coordination, mobility, and daily functional abilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility.
