Job OverviewWe are seeking a self-motivated Independent Contractor Chiropractor to join our team under a split-fee compensation model. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and high-quality, patient-centred care within a rehabilitation setting. Clinic model: 1:1 patient care, with 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments, allowing time for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and education. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical health, injuries, and mobility. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other treatment modalities. Educate patients on self-management strategies, injury prevention, and overall physical wellness.
