The Chiropractor provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions using soft-tissue therapy, joint mobilizations and manipulations, and corrective exercises within a collaborative sports medicine setting. Key Responsibilities · Perform chiropractic assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop patient-centred treatment plans focused on active therapies and effective management · Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and corrective exercises targeted at the root of the problem · Provide exercise prescription, ergonomic advice, and injury prevention strategies. · Communicate with other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated patient care. · Maintain accurate health records in compliance with College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) standards. · Educate patients about their condition and the benefits/risks of proposed treatment.
