The owners are clinicians. There's no regional manager, no head office, and no consultant telling us what our numbers should look like. We're looking for a rehab-focused chiropractor, 2–4 days a week to start. What we don't do No adjustment quotas. No prepaid care packages. No 30-visit treatment plans decided before the assessment is finished. No mandatory practice-management program. No spinal screenings at the mall. If that's the model you've been working in, this is the opposite of it. What we do Full clinical autonomy. You decide the plan of care. If a patient needs six visits, they get six visits.
