Chiropractor — Milton | Rehab-Focused, Practitioner-Owned, No Adjustment Quotas Milton Physio Plus is a practitioner-owned multidisciplinary clinic inside the medical building at 400 Bronte St. South. The owners are clinicians. There's no regional manager, no head office, and no consultant telling us what our numbers should look like. We're looking for a rehab-focused chiropractor, 2–4 days a week to start. What we don't do No adjustment quotas. No prepaid care packages. No 30-visit treatment plans decided before the assessment is finished. No mandatory practice-management program. No spinal screenings at the mall. If that's the model you've been working in, this is the opposite of it. What we do Full clinical autonomy. You decide the plan of care. If a patient needs six visits, they get six visits. If they need loading and progression rather than passive care, do that. Manual, rehab, soft tissue, needling — whatever your judgment and training support. Actual physician referrals. We're in a medical building with family physicians and specialists upstairs, and we've spent years earning those relationships. For a rehab-minded chiro this is the part that's hard to find elsewhere — you'll be treating patients sent by MDs, not patients you had to recruit. Appointment times that fit rehab. You can't coach a hinge pattern in eight minutes. Our scheduling reflects that. Rehab space and equipment. Private treatment rooms Admin handles admin. Scheduling, billing, insurance, MVA and WSIB paperwork, patient flow. Front desk owns all of it. Real colleagues. Physios, RMTs, TCM, and pelvic health under one roof. Co-manage cases with people who are three feet away and will actually pick up the phone. Compensation: Hourly The caseload Outpatient musculoskeletal — low back and neck, shoulders, hips, knees, sports injuries, post-op and return-to-sport work, workplace and MVA cases, and the chronic presentations that need someone willing to think rather than repeat. You'd be a good fit if you're Registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario Genuinely rehab-oriented — comfortable with exercise prescription, loading, and progression, not just manual care Confident with soft tissue and manual therapy Interested in co-managing cases with physios and MDs rather than working in isolation Looking for a long-term home, not a room to rent Medical acupuncture or dry needling, sports certifications, MVA/WSIB experience, McKenzie, or concussion rehab are all bonuses, not requirements. New grads with strong rehab training are welcome to apply — we'll support you. Also included: free on-site parking, flexible scheduling, modern equipment, and a team that covers for each other when life happens. To apply Send your resume to info@miltonphysioplus.com. Skip the formal cover letter — a short note about how you like to treat and what you want out of a clinic tells us more.
